Re-Writable disks are CD's which can modify / add / erase datas stored in it, Whereas every other CD's are 'read only' .i.e, You can use re-Writable disks just as you use the pen drives, which allows you to edit the datas in it.But many people are not using it just because they thinks that Re-Writable disks are easily damageable or we need special softwares to Erase the contents in it..... When compared to normal CD, they are a bit easily damageable but it's not a problem when we use it properly.The second sentence is the most important reason why the people says no to CD-RWs.But we don't want any special software to do this task, as windows itself provides the option to Erase it.Here in this tutorial, I'm gonna tell you How we can Erase the contents in CD-RW disk without any software, in windows XP !



Tutorial - Be careful while doing this because even a slight mistake in this easy hack could damage your CD-RW 



  1.Insert The CD-RW to your CD/DVD Writer 
  2.Open the CD-RW window 
  3.Select the 'Erase this CD-RW' button from the left sidebar




 4.A new window will be launched
 5. Click 'Next' on the Window
 6.Check the 'close the wizard when .....' to close the window automatically after the erase is complete





 7.Now the CD-RW will starts to erase the Datas in it.It may consume some time.




8.The window will close automatically after the Erasing is completed.
