How to Create/Find a best Icon for your Blog/website

Adding your own Favicon/Logo gives a new Identity and high status for your blog than using a custom blogger logo or wordpress logo.You can change it very easily.Read the tutorial I wrote about changing the blogger logo if you don't yet have enabled this.But It's very hard to create/Find an elegant and matching Favicon for your Blog.Remember, Favicon is the Logo of your site, Most of the bloggers will be reading the quality of a blog just through it's Favicon.So it's a must for each and every Bloggers.


  You can neither create a logo for your Blog or you can use it from any logo database, just as i do.I used a site called Iconfinder for finding appropriate Icons for my Blogs.I'm very much satisfied with their Services as they are providing us the option to search for favicon just by typing our keywords.If you want somemore, Then you can simply browse their database and choose the one which you liked in the ico format or in png format.Just see the Screenshot I took from their blog when i searched with the keyword Blogger.

There are so many Such nice logos in their Database.I'm now Currently using one of the favicons powered by them.The Interesting thing is that they are providing Favicons for free and not even trying to collect any Credits on that name.This impressed me so much and this inspired me for doing them a help through this post.So, Feel their help in your blog tooooooo ! :)
